These words have been muttered since my kids can remember. We started having Taco Tuesdays with William’s dear friend Gavin. I”d race home from work and whip up a batch of taco meat, grate the cheese, and throw the hard shells in the oven. There! Taco Tuesday!
I’ve upped the ante a bit through the years, and now that the kids are older and I’ve made hundreds of Taco Tuesday dinners, it’s now become more of a Taco Bar. I’m really into Bars (especially the ones with alcohol). Salad Bars. Sandwich Bars. Dessert Bars. Hamburger Bars. You name it, I could turn it into a Bar!
The best part about the Bar concept is that everyone takes what they want and I don’t get all PO’d when Mimi doesn’t eat the green veggie.
